It is only common sense. When a man or woman convicted of a felony and released and is to dangerous to posses a firearm than, that man or woman is to dangerous to be let out of confinement.

the people that have robbed anyone should never get a gun. they are at risk. now you want to give them a tool to commit more crimes, dumb ass. you are just looking to get more and more money off felons. dont fall for this.

do antique replica Firearms count as firearms for felons in California I know a lot of states allow felons to own antique replica firearm
What about air rifles I am limited to antiques in air rifles and muzzleloaders because of a BB gun felony in New Jersey which was over mere possession

this here is some b***** in the state of California if you have been convicted of a felony you can never ever ever ever get your rights back again that was the point of a felony in California you get a felony for almost anything but the true purpose behind is to strip that one Amendment right from that is the whole purpose and now with all the gun propaganda even going to be worth it I got a felony in California for a DUI I was young and I didn't want to do time so I took plea bargain and of course part of that deal is to strip your Amendment they're going to do everything and anything to take everyone's right to bear arms

my oldest brother was arrested in 1997 for assault and battery. he didn't actually hit anyone some of his friend where playing soccer and they assaulted another person after that. they call my brother to go pick them up. he didn't know that they just assault a person so when he arrive the victim and his family got the license plate on my brother cars. a few hours later police show up at my house and arrested him for assault and battery he even told the police his 3 friend that was involve in the fight names but police didn't even bother to go after them. my brother got no criminal records so he got probation and house arrest with a ankle monitor for 6 month. now 17-18 years later my brother is 37 year old now..he try to purchase a firearm and was denied i find it unfair because he stay out of trouble for about 18 years and work installing security camera got a master degree in computer tech.

I was convicted of pc 417(a) over 10 years ago which is a misdemeanor but I believe it is one of those misdemeanors that prohibits me from owning a firearm for life, much like a felony. Am I still able to restore my gun rights?
this is stupid we shouldnt have to fill out anything or spend any money for its a right anyways n any laws that infringe that right are unconstitutional unless you are in prison at the time. plain n simple!!!!! remember people once you serve your time it doesnt end there its a life sentence n you lose some of your god given rights for the rest of your life which is also unconstitutional!! we need our constitutional government we are entideld to so that our great country can shine n the people are truely free what part of limited government dont they understand in washiton??

OK, now I'm confused. In the video you invite us to fill out a form that your office will review but when I click on the link you provide a pop up DISCLAIMER appears saying,
"Our office does not handle any matters regarding gun rights, restoring gun rights, or obtaining a CCW permit. ….. our insurance policy does not allow us to offer any counsel or advice regarding these matters. Please do not contact our office regarding these matters."

Two questions: First, is 452(b) a wobbler? …second, doesn't federal law prevent a person who has been convicted of a felony from ever owning a firearm? A felony reduced to a misdemeanor still means you once were convicted of a felony. Employment applications, firearms registration forms, background checks all ask if you have EVER been convicted.
